Where I practice from

​

I practice from our family home in Braunston, Northamptonshire.  This is to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.  We can walk around the garden, feed the chickens, kick a ball around, however you want to relax and chat. ​

What I do

 

We can fall into patterns of behaviour sometimes because that's what we've always done, because of our parents or because we "believe" it is the right thing.   However, we just keep on doing this with the hope it'll change one day.  

​​

​

"If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got". 

​​

​

I will ask you what you want to change, what you want more of, what is your desired outcome.... not what you don't want.  

I encourage you to use "towards" positive thinking and language.  To focus on the good behaviour rather than the bad behaviour. 

​​

​

When you're willing to make that change, that's when you'll notice the difference.

​​

Children and Teens

​​

​

I use a variety of fun tools from arts and crafts to Lego and role play which gently bring out your feelings without the need for you to describe your feelings, because often you can't and don't know "why" you have these feelings. 

​

I help you make sense of your thoughts and emotions and empower you with the knowledge that you are responsible for your behaviour and you have a choice how to "be". 

​

​

I then personalise the techniques to overcome these feelings or obstacles, so you can achieve your goals, desired behaviour and results.

​

​

I would speak with the grown up first regarding what you want to work on.  Often best results come from a session with the parent first without the child.

Adults (Parents, Professionals, Sportspeople)

I coach in a very positive, forward looking, goal driven way.

​

​

We will discuss what your goals are?  Where you are today, where do you want to be in 6 weeks’ time?

​

​

I will work with you, for you to understand your emotions, thoughts and how you have the choice to use these to create your desired behaviours and results. 

​

​

Working with you will help strengthen your relationships you have and have a better understanding of how to communicate to be more confident with daily challenges. 

​

​

I will teach you the tools and techniques to empower yourself to be who you want to be, achieve what you want to achieve.

What I am not....

I am not a counsellor who might delve into the past, nor consultant prescribing what you must do. 

​

​

You have the choice to do what you need to do.  I believe you have everything you need to achieve what you want.

  

​

I will hold you accountable in an extremely caring way.   

​

​

I will also never judge nor be critical.
